Purchase your next property in the following price ranges and you may be eligible for the partial rebate:
- $150,000 - $174,999 - $300 Rebate
- $175,000 - $249,999 - $500 Rebate
- $250,000 - $349,999 - $750 Rebate
- $350,000 and Above - $1,000 Rebate

- Buyers must sign an exclusive buyer agency agreement, or dual agency disclosure with a Village Real Estate Company sales agent.
- Price ranges above represent net sales price of property, not list price.
- Settlements must take place on or before 8/31/09.
